Leaving Drinks in Fulham

 

Next step in the move out of London… Saying goodbye to our friends! In a true Brit fashion, we hence booked half our local restaurant/pub (Salisbury) and invited our close friends to join us for a couple of pints and some nibbles!

Thanks to all of those who made it (check the Pretty Picture zone, you might be there). We had great fun and it’s been fantastic to see you all… Thank you as well for the presies and hope to you you soon on this side or on the other side of the pond…

Well, goodbyes were not easy and we got emotional a couple of times and this was not due to any form of alcohol intake, as we paced ourselves and acted as if at a wedding reception (felt like it actually)!!!

As you can well imagine as well, we stood as long as drinks were served and left almost last to go back to our homes (camping in our case) except a couple of individuals that had to reach the next Champagne bar…

To all: We’ll miss you all but are carrying each one of you with us in thoughts and hearts (Yes, even you Robin!)
